Let's Keep Up the Good Work!

Well, I usually speak alot about those who are struggling to even get started with any type of exercise program. I sort of apologize for this. Sort of, because I don’t like to be a doomsayer, but, it’s just the facts. Many, many people are out of shape. However, tonight, I want to speak to those who have gotten it going a bit. Whether you’ve been working out for a week, or a few months, I want to say, Great Job!

The trick (and it’s really no trick), is to keep it going. So, if you haven’t worked out today, either do some form of quick workout (just some situps and pushups or light dumbell work), or make sure to do something tomorrow! If you’ve only in the past few months or less, gotten back into an exercise routine, then, you definitely don’t want to let more than 1 day go by without doing something. And, you also, definitely want to make sure that any day you don’t exercise, you eat really well. You don’t want to subconsciously send out any bad vibes to your brain. That’s a big no, no.
