If you’re overweight, and/or out of shape, you may be looking at the wrong things to try to get you started in the right direction. Yes, you may get discouraged if you look at yourself in the mirror, or get out of breath by just walking down a flight of stairs, but the real problem may very well lie between your ears. If you don’t feel good about yourself, you’re probably suffering from low self-esteem.
The good news is that there are some good things you can do to get yourself out of the doldrums. The first step is to admit that you’re down. It’s always good to start from the beginning, and if you don’t get with the truth, it’s hard to know where you’re really starting from. Now you can take a deep breath, a sigh of relief if you will, because you don’t have to pretend to be something you’re not. Now you can get started moving forward. At this point, the sky is truly the limit. You can go as far as you want. You just might need a little, or alot of guidance.
